TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BACKORDERS)
1. Only paid orders posted on the BO page with the complete order form filled up will be taken in.
2. No refunds will be done after payment has been made for backorder, regardless of reason.
3.Valid emails need to be provided for updates to be sent regarding backorder.
4. No exchanges for sizings will be allowed after order has been placed, do clarify about sizing before placing your orders.
5. The date of arrival provided is an estimated one, the accurate date of arrival will only be known to TTR nearer to the estimated date.
Mailers will be sent out once the exact date is known.

6. If in any case of defects/delays for the backorder, a full refund will be done to buyer within 48 hours.
7. If the delay is not more than 2 weeks from the estimated date, no refunds will be given.
8. Slight colour discrepancy for the BO might be expected for certain items/colours, do join only if you are comfortable with it.
9. Do give us up to 2 working days to mail out your items upon arrival.
